b) that the works of art he makes available for sale do not infringe or violate or misappropriate patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights of third parties, or moral rights, publicity rights, privacy nor are they the result of violating any applicable law or regulation.

1. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

3. SHIPPING / DELIVERY COSTS
3.1 Shipping costs throughout the country are calculated on the basis of the average weight of the items for sale, they are to be paid by the customer and divided as follows: € 15.00 including VAT for all orders for amounts within € 1,000.00 including VAT ; € 20.00 for all orders starting from € 1,200.00 including VAT; free shipping for all orders over € 3,000.00 including VAT. 4. DELIVERY TIMES

The author and the buyer acknowledge that works of art leaving Italy require the presentation of the Self-certification for the Export of Contemporary Art Works (AAC), which must be validated by the Export Office of the Ministry of Goods and cultural and tourism activities, and accompany the work in the shipment, therefore delivery times may vary due to the completion of this practice.
5. METHOD OF PAYMENT
5.1 The payment of the price of the products and the relative shipping costs can be made by credit card, or through the PayPal service, addressed with the bank details of Olga Silivanchyk.
5.2 The information relating to the payment will never be used by Olga Silivanchyk, except to complete the procedures relating to the purchase and to issue the relative refunds in the event of any product returns, following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, or if make it necessary to prevent or report to the police the commission of fraud on www.olgasilivanchyk.com
